Mumtaz Khan Vice President of (AFI) has been nominated as a member of the committee formed to consider the idea of celebrating 75 years of Athletics Federation of India. It is noteworthy that Adil J Sumariwala, President of Athletics Federation of India has constituted a 4-member committee under the chairmanship of General Secretary of Athletics Federation of India Ravindra Chaudhary to discuss the celebrations organized on the completion of 75 years of Athletics Federation of India. In which apart from Vice President Mumtaz Khan, Lakshya Kunwar, Satish Uchiel and Madhukant Pathak (convenor) have been nominated. The committee will outline the program before 1 February with maximum participation of international athletes. After that the final draft of the program will be presented to the President of Athletics Federation of India.
On this occasion, Madhya Pradesh Athletics Association President Amanat Khan, Secretary A Muralidhar, Treasurer- Virendra Singh, Member of Publicity Committee – Vishnu Kant Sahay along with all the office bearers expressed their happiness and congratulated them.
